I found that totally valuable and totally enriching. I learned an incredible amount. And there are things that also work. You're also at seminars and they do all kinds of things and then it's too complicated to do it at home back and forth, but these are really simple, great things, so really thank you!
Corinna has a refreshing workshop concept, which she conveys mainly through interaction and practical examples with the participants. And it was exactly this concept that surprised me the most - positively. It meant spontaneity and openness in a protected space. Overall, it became amazingly clear to me what man has unlearned in civilization. Among other things, I took away two super body hacks that I use every day, to ground myself again and to feel better inside myself. I recommend this workshop to everyone who is "open-minded" and wants to have a completely different body experience. The Good Vibrations are not an 08/15 workshop, you really have to be open.

Hello everyone,I just watched the video,from last night. I thought the game was soo beautiful,got real goosebumps watching it.I have never done a game like that in my life,especially as an adult. It was really wonderful and full of fantasy. I slept wonderfully and long after our session and today I am full of gratitude and positive mood. Corinna, is a very sensitive and also direct and very cheerful course instructor. It is never boring and it is a great combination of theory and practice. There were also helpful tips for everyday life and the group each had enough time to exchange and get to know each other, in a very relaxed way. She also kept a close eye on all the participants and gave tips and advice to each one. Very great, even over the PC. What surprised me the most was this lightness, this simplicity and yet incredibly effective and healing. Corinna always picked us up where each individual was and is. She conveyed a lot of lightness. Having already experienced Corinna personally at Conscious Dance, I took the opportunity to meet my challenge of constant inner pressure, quickly tense nerves and overstimulation. Through shaking I have found a wonderful way to strip away or shake off this inner pressure.... So simple and yet so effective. I am also thankful that I am putting down my resistance to Zoom events more and more.... it worked wonderfully over the PC and Corinna watched each participant closely. I can recommend this workshop to everyone, of course especially to people who are quickly stressed, have a lot of stress or also have a traumatic stress..... But trembling is suitable for all people.... So simple, so effective and it doesn't take much time.... I experienced a lot of calmness in this course, deep relaxation after trembling. The rest afterwards was also wonderful. I mostly slept very well and was totally relaxed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
I signed up for the SSP for Therapists workshop because some of what Corinna told me made me very curious. I was secretly hoping to get help for my sleep problems. During the workshop SSP for therapists I experienced Corinna as very present - and very flexible - i.e. she did not insist on the initially agreed schedule when the reactions to the sounds were stronger than initially expected. A few days after the workshop I experience myself persistently more with myself. And I almost consistently feel a serenity as a background mood in my life. Have started to put things in order. It's less spectacular things that I notice - and it's great: the background melody of my life has changed - and if that stays it's great. I would recommend SSP to every person of our time!

Today I have no sore muscles, I still feel very liberated since yesterday after the session. For me it feels every time as if I had cried hard and let go of everything, it feels so good this trembling, it is incredible how deep the whole thing can go if you are ready and allow it. A wonderful method for the "superficial" everyday stress, but also a method to dive into the deep, buried emotional areas. It's wonderful to practice it in the community, I always succeed better to feel hidden, old feelings and at least partially to tremble away 🙂 Thank you dear Corinna for enriching me with this method 😉

Through a friend, who leads these sessions herself, I became aware of this topic. This kind of stress reduction was not known to me until then. What's nice is that you can easily integrate this method into your everyday life anytime and anywhere, without leaving the house or having to do much preparation. It is a simple and effective method to reduce stress, and at the same time it is not an effort, but fun. At the beginning it was hard for me to get involved in such a session and to approach it without any prejudices or expectations, but what was amazing for me was that an improvement of the inner stress level was immediately noticeable. I try to remember this session in stressful situations and incorporate it into my daily routine. I would especially recommend these sessions to working mothers or people who care for relatives in need of care.

That was really a time-out for me today. And again, very different from the first time. I feel better connected to myself and the world around me again.
With the Good Vibrations I took advantage of an offer of this kind for the first time. My challenge was to consciously take this little time out in the turbulent everyday life. I was rewarded, because the relaxation set in during the "tremor session" and I was able to maintain it throughout the evening and the night. and the night's rest. In concrete terms, I took away an instrument that I can use without effort and at any time when I am tense or have problems falling asleep. By consciously coming down and shivering, tension falls away and my mind's carousel is interrupted, so that I can find a peaceful sleep afterwards. Thank you Corinna! As a speaker, what I like about Corinna is her calm, level-headed manner. She is not pushy, but very attentive and approachable. She gives impulses, the implementation of which I could weigh myself at any time. The most surprising thing for me, since it was the least tangible, was the aura cleansing during the final integration phase. The images Corinna saw gave me interesting thought impulses. Again, she was very mindful of what and how she said things and left it up to each person to evaluate this information or was available to work through what she had seen further with her if interested, or even just to discuss it. I think people from very different backgrounds can benefit from the offer. For me personally, it is the coming to rest, despite trembling, and the resulting deep relaxation, which helps me both to fall asleep / in stressful situations, but also provides a a welcome break in everyday life. Therefore, I would recommend the workshop to people who tend to be restless, and to those who are sometimes stuck in a mental hamster wheel and have problems "getting out".

Corinna's workshop was quite a beautiful experience. There was a visible and energetic shift throughout the afternoon/evening as Corinna guided all of us women to open up and become more intimate and empowered, She led us through effective exercises and a very sweet and freeing dance party. A flyer from BienanDanza in a cafe made me aware of your event. Friends had told me about something similar and I wanted to try it: Doing something without having to perform. Something that might be really fun. After a while I got the courage to come by (thank God). I didn't know that it's not just about having fun at all, but about all kinds of feelings and their expression. Everything that is just has its place and its moment. In between I was afraid that my feelings would overflow me and I would only cry. The music touched me so much all of a sudden. And then I felt ashamed and didn't want to show myself so vulnerable in front of other people. But I stayed, and yes: I cried. And then, at some point, the crying stopped and I was just one with the music and with the space and everything was okay. I wasn't ashamed anymore. Not for anything. I go to BienanDanza every time now. And I'm loosening up faster and faster in that space. My dance changes; it becomes bolder, more feminine. I feel beautiful. I just stay and take this time, just for me. I really recommend BienanDanza to every man and woman.
